Ploy's academic interest

I'm always interesting in cooking, and finding the new ingredients to cook. When I was in high school, I want to study food science ( is it correct name of the faculty?) at the university. Unfortunately I didn't graduate the science-math in my high school. So, I didn't have a change to study what I interested. Even though I didn't know what food science study, I want to learn it anyway because it about foods:)

I'm always try new foods from the different country, and I always cook what I tried before. Sometimes it cannot called foods, the taste are very weird and awful; however, sometimes it's very delicious:P

    2. I also do love Asian food especially Thai, Chinese and Japanese food. Since we have the same common favor, I sugest that we should have a meal together. What about tomorrow evening? haha :D

    2. I also sometimes notice awful mistakes just after I've published a comment. And I can't go back and edit them!

If they aren't serious, and the idea is still clear (I thought yours was), I don't worry too much. But sometimes I miss the word not or something equally serious that totally changes the meaning. Then I do you've done and add a note to correct my mistake.

I should proofread a bit more carefully, but if I'm writing quickly, I tend to click "Publish" as I'm scanning for errors - it's very annoying when I see a serious error just as I've clicked to publish. But readers are reasonably tolerant in forums such this.

  4. I'd like to try your food some day:) I also like cooking but I'm more into baking. I usually bake cheesecake and brownie but I try to bake them less because it make me fat T-T

    1. I'm into baking too. I really love the smell of the bread and butter. I really love it when I walk past a bakery. By the way, My, you look skinny to me really! I don't think you need to be worried about getting fat :)

  5. Like most people, I enjoy eating. I also like Asian cuisines, but I have to admit that French food is my favourite. Thankfully, there are some great French restaurants in Bangkok.

I used to cook a lot, but am getting lazier. About the only thing I regularly cook these days is my morning omelette. I like it with herbs and sometimes a bit of cheese or asparagus, and lots of butter! Also a dash of olive mixed in with the eggs. I don't know how many calories there are, but I'm sure it's enough to keep me going for a few hours, and to keep my tummy growing.

    1. I enjoy having French food too. Actually, I don't have much but I'd suggest the restaurant 'Paris a Bangkok'. Have you tried this one? I guess you have because it's near AUA. Well, Bonne petite!
