5 Ways to Synchronize Your Body's Clock

Are you wake up by yourself, without alarm clock, at the same time everyday?

When I read the article "5 Ways to Synchronize Your Body's Clock". I think the human body is very amazing. The heman body can adjust itself like a controller or computer. We just train our bodys to know the time.

In last summer, I make up from sleep by myself at 8 AM. everyday, but I never train my body like the steps that show in the article.

What do you think about body's clock??
Is it good or bad??
Why??

  1. My natural body clock tells me to wake up around 10:00 AM every day, and to go to bed around 2 - 3:00 AM.
I actually get up at 4:45 AM most days, but even after years, it doesn't come easily or naturally to me. Item #5 on the list from Gus's article is right: it takes me about one day to get into the habit that I prefer, and then it does mess me up trying to readjust to getting up early again.

I wish AEP classes were in the afternoon, not the morning!

  2. The thing I can't do, never, is to wake up early morning without clock. Sometime I need more than two clocks to wake up. My body clock tells me to wake up after 10am. But I don't want to waste my life with sleep. There is proverb; that is, an early bird catches the worm. I want to be an early bird. I'll try to learn how to change my body's clock.

  3. like J, I also need two alarm clocks to make sure I'm at AUA on time. I'm less sure that I want to catch worms. I'm very sure that I prefer being a night owl.

  4. I believe that my body can trained by practice. when I worked as a secretary, I had to wake up 5am on weekday and because of it I used to went to bed 10pm. At that time, even though I set up alarm, I woke up before ringing and I felt sleep around 10pm. Also, I could stand hunger for lunch because many time I had to wait until my boss go lunch. he used to go later than others. As a result, I thought my body adjusted on situation through training.

  5. I think that the body is the most complex system and has many mysterious things which scientist need to do more research. For my body click, I never practice following the step but I can wake up at 5.30 am. everyday when I studied at University. However, now I wake up around 6.00am. and go to bed about 11.30 pm to 2.00 pm.. I think The body clock has a lot of advantages for daily life because people do not have to control themselves when their clock ring in the morning.
