Refer to Mr.Michelle Roberts in "Making sure you get the right type of calorie" (2018) a recent report from BBC News about calories. The studies telling that there are many zero calorie foods that people still don't know. Robert suggests that women need 2000 calories and men need 2500 calories per day, he said that if you eat like this your weight will become lower. He also mentions about zero calories, empty calorie and hidden calorie.

My response
Nowadays, people concerned about calories. Calories are the energy used to raise the temperature of 1 kilogram of water through 1 °C. People want to lose weight. Losing weight can do in many differences way, for examples exercise, cardio, and diet. I am the one that trying to lose weight by exercise, but it's not easy. If you want to lose weight through exercise, you should be disciplined. But you have another way to make your life easier. You can diet, by control calories that you eat per day.Many products need to add more choice for the customer. For examples, coke has made cock zero, milk company has made zero fat milk. Also, there has 0 calorie product, that can make you enjoy eating but not getting fat In this article mentions about hight calories food and low calories food, it telling that "High-calorie foods are often less healthy but not always. And those sold as low-calorie may not be the healthiest". I like this sentence because it tells you the true thing that people still confuse, this sentence represents low calories food may not be the healthiest food.
I have been trying to lose weight. First I worried about the caloric requirement per day. Until I met one guy, he is the expert about fitness. He told me that if you want to lose your weight but your daily life is changing your weight will not lose. I listened to him and thinking that noting going to be good if it doesn't be normal you always do. If I serious about the calories requirement per day, my body will have problems. The thing that we should do is learn and knowing what should we eat and what we shouldn't eat to make our healthy bad.

It’s quite interesting, Tong! I do agree with you in that way to lose weight. Althought it is too difficult to lose weight, everyone can do whether he/she understand the in dividual Basal Metabolic Rate system. Conforming to the losing weight, it depend on 70% of eating behaviour and 30% exercising. But many people have misleadingly thought, the like to think that if they run, swim, aerobic dance or body-weight, they can eat a lot after. This is one cause that effects on losing weight system. According to your question, in my opinion, running 30 min/day, lose energy 200-400 calories depending on heart rate and metabolic system, could be maintain your health, activate your heart and lose your weight -0.1 to 0.5 kg/week. Surely, food diets are important too. The final issue, I’d like to suggest that coke zero or some kinds of drinks with 0 calories are not believable because it possibly added some types of sugar replacers, especially aspartame, in zero drinks. Zero is not mean no calories, but it means that 5 calories/100 mL. Additionally, the sugar replacers will signal to your brain and lead you to need more sugar, so it is dangerous more than real sugar. Thank you for your good story, guy.

ReplyDeleteIn fact, stuffs that are written 'low-calories', '0% fat' or phrases, which will make people think they will help them lose weight, don't help any one lose weight.
Let's think about how manufacturers maintain the flavor even if there's no fat nor sugar. Yes, they use chemical replacers that might not good for your health or in worst case, they don't help people lose weight.

ReplyDeleteThis topic interests me a lot as I have been trying to loose waight for a long time, too. I have tried many different ways to achieve it. However, I agree with you that having food that good for your health, which doesn't have to be 0 calorie, and proper exercise consistently is the best way to stay in shape and to live happily with it.
ReplyDeleteTo answer the question, It's quite complicated. This is because it depends on individuals. For instance, we have to know their weight and fat burn rate to do so. For me, if I run 30 minutes- 6 hour per hour- per day for a week, I will loose about 875 calories. However, this doesn't mean that my weight will decrease. I can even become fatter if I take too much calories after that
I think, this is the one that people who want to reduce their weight. I wonder about the people who know this information, but they don’t use this technique for decreasing their weight or why they still diet. The calorie-zero tecnique is better than the diet technique because if we diet, we might lack of nutrient and we will not happy when we eat because we afraid to be fat. So if you want to happy when you eat, plaese choose the calorie-zero technique.
