Sha sha's academic interests

Programming is one of my academic interests. It will do everything follow commands that you input in your program. If your input is right, the output will be right as the question want. If your input is wrong, the output will be right but it isn't as the question want because output come from your input. It is very challenging. I usually use c++ for programming because I think it is easier than other.

Science is my academic interests, too. I like astronomy the most but I don't like biology. Astronomy is about star, planet, galaxy, universe. It is very interesting for me because universe has many thing and something nobody knows. When I see sky at night I saw a lot of stars. It is very beautiful. I like reading books about astronomy. It is so fun that I can't stop reading.

  1. Astronomy is interesting, I like to see the star too but in Bangkok we can't see the star because there are city's light. When I went to another provinces in Thailand especially staying in the forest's house, in the night I saw the dark sky with bright stars it was so beautiful and I really love it. I hope you would love it too.
Even though you said you don't like Biology but I'm not sure I think Astronomy is associate with Physics. If you good at Physics it would be great to understand about it better.

    1. I also thought that Sha sha's comment about biology was interesting. My interest in science started with biology, then moved to chemistry and finally to physics, with mathematics growing in fascination all the time.

But mathematics isn't a science. I think it has more in common with logic and philosophy than with science, which uses it mathematics as a powerful tool to correctly (?) understand the world we exist in. (After I wrote "correctly" I wasn't sure that was the right word. Maybe "better" is better. What adverb would you use?)

  2. Programming is interesting, it's also one of my academic interests too. But I haven't heard much about c++. Is it similar to c? I don't think that coding with c++ is good because its appearance isn't good, I don't like its background. I recommend you to study about HTML5 and PHP, They're useful languages to creating website. HTML5 is basic about creating website. PHP makes your website can react to your response. But if you want to create games, you should try using unity. It is interesting program for creating games. You can makes your games look beautiful by creating models to use in your games. For coding you have to use c#. I don't know that is it similar to c++, but I think that it's similar to visual basic.

  3. If you've read my own comments on my academic interests, you will know that I was also passionate about science when I was younger. I still enjoy reading about science today.

What I didn't mention is that I also studied computer science at university. Unfortunately, back in the late 1970s, computers were massive machines that filled entire rooms. And we input code on punch cards! The next day we came back to get the results. It was very annoying when a single mistake meant failure hours later. Although I enjoyed the theory, the practical business of coding was a bit frustrating, although it was great when a program did work as intended. Computers have some a long way since those early days. The one I now carry in my pocket is way more powerful than the old university computer, and vastly cheaper.
