Apple on Lord of the Flies

Reading Lord of the Flies, totally, lead me into the world of children. It reminds me some ideas that I always dreamt about in my childhood which was being grownups. At that time, I thought being an adult is a symbol of freedom and expressing full of identity. No one can limit or restrict your desire. You are the boss of your life.

  1. As a psychology major, I guess that you are already familiar with the experiments I referred Nid to.

I thought something similar when I first read teh novel - Ralph's exuberance at realising there were no adults was something I could understand. I think I was thirteen when I read it in high school, and the idea of not being in school and bossed around was very attractive.
