  1. Is my town Bangkok or Sydney? I'll go for Bangkok. First, I don't think that any open area in Bangkok that i know of should have anything built on or under it. The only large, open area near Silom is Lumpini Park, and it should be left as it is: park with almost no buildings. There are a couple of buildings for sports and cultural things, and it doesn't need any more.

Open areas? I think it would have to be outside of Bangkok. But then, if it was outside of Bangkok, how useful would that be for people in Bangkok? A friend sometimes invites me to shows he manages at Impact Arena, but it's such a pain to get to, and to get back from, that I decline most of his kind invitations. Bangkok already has an Arts and Culture Centre at Siam, but it's pokey and an ugly blob of concrete. Perhaps there is a larger, more open area that could house a more fitting centre in the area? There is a large Buddhist temple next to Paragon, but it's probably better, at least for now, to let that remain a temple.

In Australia, as belief in Christianity declines, more and more old churches are being converted to other uses, but I don't think Thailand is ready for that this year.

  2. If I could design any build in Thailand, It would be hotel.

Because almost every hotel in Thailand have the same design which every rooms are similar.

Every rooms in my hotel will be different. People who want to check in at my hotel will have a chance to choose the style of room that they want.

Rooms will be decorated like a jungle, a hotel, or an classroom. Guest will have different experience everytime that check in at my hotel.

    2. It will be built NOT in Bangkok. It will be around Hua-Hin.

Because Hua-Hin is a popular place for relaxing which is different from Bangkok.
