  1. Many experts suggest that exercise is the best drug to protect many diseases such as heart, hypertension, and cancer. If someone do exercise every day they would be healthy because not only immunity will increase but also physical are stronger.

    Exercise is a great way to make people live longer especially when people do exercise with other activities such as meditation, relaxation, and eat healthy food. I knew some HIV patients who do exercise with meditation everyday. Then, CD4, is a type of immunity that show people how their strong, is increasing and they can live longer than other patients who just take a pill.

    Unfortunately, nowadays health system can improve drug to kill many diseases, some diseases can resist drug more longer than the past.

    Hence, prevention is a better than treatment always, everyone should do exercise everyday or as much as they possible.
