Warning Sign of Heart Disease

The population has dropped from the cause of the disease. Some of them can be treated in a timely manner, but some people can not be treated because of their ignorance. In addition, they do not know that they are sick, so they do not get proper treatment and finally died. Moreover, the cause of their death, most often from heart disease.

According to "Eyelid marks warn of heart attack" on the BBC News website,
the researchers in Denmark said that yellow markings on the eyelids or you can call xanthelasmata are a sign of increased risk of heart attack and other illnesses. Xanthelasmata (or xanthelasma) caused by having too much cholesterol in the body and make up the yellow markings on the eyelids. For both men and women in several age groups, the data said there was a one in five chance of developing heart disease if the patient had xanthelasmata.

This research is very interesting because most people have died of heart disease and causes of them come from their neglect. Some people think they are healthy enough not to suffer from heart disease and leave it until severe illness more than to fix it. On the other hand, if we can recognize the warning signs that we are sick, it makes possibility to find solutions. However, I also think that even medical community will be able to find the ways to treat patients with heart disease already, but we still can not find anything to ensure that it can maintain us or to protect us from diseases because the most important thing is we must take care ourselves, eating foods that are beneficial, exercise regularly, and relax ourselves from stress. However, it is not certain that the above actions can actually help prevent disease, but that is the one way to stay healthy.

  2. Hi,Preaw.
I read your blog well and it is very useful information. Among many diseases, the ones related to heart are developing a lot nowadays and these are very serious illnesses.Actually, I agree with your last comment. I often saw people who cared their health died from heart attack or heart diseases. At slight look, there is uesless to take care of health by exercising regularly or having healthy food, but I also think that theae are still best ways to keep healthy.

  3. I agree with both of Sunny's points: sometimes people who try their best to be healthy have heart attacks, and sometimes people who do the worst things seem to have very healthy hearts. But the evidence that exercise and diet help also seems pretty strong, and more than just a correlation.

My grandmother amazed me from my earliest memories of her because she was so fat - she was a short woman, and about as wide as she was tall. Still, she lived to 84 and was strong, healthy and active until the day she died suddnely at home. Maybe her active life was enough to keep her heart healthy. Her diet certainly wasn't what doctors recommend. I'm hoping I've inherited her heart genes.
