“Female binge drink rates ‘double”, in BBC, shows that the rate of binge drinking has been increased double in women since 1990 in UK. Another point is the rate of using alcohol of boys and girls at 11 to 15 years old that has been increased since 1990. In the societies which are more developing, there are more social problems. In my view, this result shows one of the reasons that make the value ethics of human is coming down.
