How is a phobia different from a normal fear??

A Phobia is different from a normal fear. Fear is a natural response to danger. Sometimes when people are afraid of something such as snakes and disgusted animals, people will protect themselve. For example, If you were attacked by tiger, you would fight it. Phobia is a severe fear and unreasonable. If people fear some objects that are harmless. This fear becomes a phobia. For example, people with a phobia is afraid of water, crowds, small rooms, lifts and flying.
They may not control their behaviours such as crying, trembling, nausea, stomach ache, and fainting.
