Youtube helps man deliver baby

On Friday BBC NEWS website presented the Top Technology Stories which is about one man used the internet helps him deliver his baby. In Cornwall England, an engineer, Marc Stephens, he was finding the instruction to deliver his baby. Then, he found the video instruction in Youtube. Actually, they planed a home birth but not like this method. When his wife, Jo Stephens felt uncomfortable, Marc Stephens called to midwife but they were busy. They could not come to their house, he called ambulance and it started before the ambulance coming. Marc decided to find the instruction from Google and he found it in Youtube. Marc said “the video gave his peace of mind and he think he would have coped, but watching videos made things much easier” (¶ 8). Finally, both mother and her baby are safe.

I think the technology is like two sides of coin. First, it is very helpful and useful for us to improve our knowledge or communicate between people. But the others side is sometime we use it in the wrong way and spend more time for it that is helpless. How about you, what does technology helps you
