Some revellers think that was a part of show. It was not. The 66-people, who are Thais and foreigner, died in 1st- Jan night, trapped in the building without safty equipments. Three months later, there has been little progress. The police charged the club’s owner with recklessness and the fact was reveled that Satika was licensed as a private residence, not a club, so there had not been fire safety inspection.Chuwit Kamolvisit as nightlife entrepreneur says about the Thai police "They don't
work for society, they work for their own pocket". He explained nightclub legally was so inconvenient but it was much easier just to pay money goverment officer. He says "That is the Thai style." The new law, all public buildings have to be inspected for safety but only 200 buildings from nearly 6,000 passed inspection. Prasong Tharachai from the Engineering Institute of Thailand says that, "If you go to a nightclub in Bangkok, and you want to be safe, always check where the exit is, and stay close to it,"
From this case which nobody want to happen in the future. In Songkran festival, Where do you going to plan? There are many people each tourist attraction. How safe do you entry everywhere?
I may live at home in Songkran day because there are many people to go back hometown. The traffic will jam on Friday 10. I will go home on Tuesday 14 or Wendnesday 15. If you go outside and you drive car,you must not drink alcohol. If you plan to play in Songkran festival, you shoud wear black shirt. This is suggestion to everyone.
