An on abnormal disorder

In my culture, there are not many people seek the help of psychology. Those who seek the help could not sleep, or they have a strange dream. For the abnormal people, they are not usually taken to the hospital for that kind of people. They stay at home and their family take care of them. For the rich family, they take care that person very carefully and they have a special doctor for that person. For the poor family, they just let that person in his way, that why some of them always dirty and they don't stay at home. In my country we don't discriminate them, we just need to be careful with them, because they can't control themself sometimes.
