Waew on what makes a perfect parent

There are 16 factors which are likely influence to the school performance of a child. I think there are 9 important factors need to be considered while the other 7 factors are indifference on the child's school performance. Those nine important factors are that the child has the intact family, his mother is thirty or older mother at the time of his/her birth, the parents recently moved into a better neighbourhood, the parents regularly take him to museums, the parent are involved in the PTA, his house has many books in his home, the parents read to him nearly every day, the child is regularly spanked and the child frequently watches television.
However, there are two important factors which are possibly negatively effect to the child's school performance; the child is regularly spanked and frequently watches the television. Because the way the parent hit their child would create the violence behavior to the child when he grows up. Also, watching television without any parent guidance would create the improper immitation in child.
On the other hand, the child's family is intact and the child's parent read to him nearly every day would be the most important things to make the child's school performance. I think because the close relationship within family would immune the child from the external shocks.
