Is the Supreme Court right or wrong?

Argentina's Supreme Court has recently ruled that personal marijuana use must be legal in many cases under the Argentine constitution ("Argentina rules", 2009). This means that laws made the Argentine government which make such personal use illegal are themselves illegal and must not be enforced. Effectively, this ruling legalizes most personal use of marijuana in Argentina.
  • Do you agree with the Supreme Court judges? Should they have made marijuana use legal?
  • Should Thailand's Supreme Court do the same for Thai citizens who personally wish to use marijuana?
