Yok's non-formal academic intersts

I'm interested in Thai classical music that I've not studied in the university because all my family member thought that it's not good idea based on Thai believe and cannot earn enough money for my life. I think nowadays, musicians are popular and can get enough money to pay for life.

There's a joke among Thai classical musicians. When a boy starts to learn Ja-Kae (a kind of Thai classical music instrument), he is just a boy. After he is a Ja-Kae expert, he is a girl. A friend of mine is a Ja-Kae expert, can you guess is he a boy or a girl?

    1. I play Thai flutes, Sor-ou and Sor-Doung. My favourite music instrument is flute. When I was young I used to play all of them everyday, but nowadays I play only when I want to boost up my battery quickly.

    1. I'm glad to hear that your Japaneses friend plays Kim. The sound of Thai music instruments makes me feel calm and relaxed, too. All Thai classical music instruments are simple, but it's difficult to make them melodious.

    1. You can see the link below and notice the way he uses his hands. Then imagine that a boy who play Jakae for 3-4 hrs a day, he may get used to the way he presents when he is playing Jakae.^^'
