Everyday Thai patient is go to hospital in early morning to book a time to see a doctor to diagnosis them. This event is effect to quality of diagnosis skill of doctor because doctor is want to see ,diagnosis and cure every patient that come to hospital. some of many patient in outpatient section are check-up people that not necessary to come to hospital ,but they want to check that they are ill or not. I think because of that event is make that the researcher are develop this item
In “Hand-held detector aims to diagnose disease ”, Paul Mark point out that researcher is develop a hand-held device that can diagnosis disease. This tool is work by use specific antibody to interact specific disease marker and it will show a sign, if it interact a marker. At now, developer is make prototype that can detect three disease and no data about the sensitivity and specificity of this test ,so it may be take a long time that this tool can use in pubic.
My opinion about this tool is it hard to use it at home because this tool will use some of body sample to interact with specific antibody. It can infer that you or your family will take this sample from yourself and I think it is difficultly to do because if it tool want blood to detect, you will injury your skin to take blood for this tool ,but most of people afraid of blood and don't want themselves to get pain. other problem is how much that we can truth this tool because some patient have antigen that can cause a disease that make they have higher risk more than normal people ,but they aren't ill at present time ,so they want to be cure or not if it will be chance that not turn to be disease all their life ,but they exactly worry all their life. I think if this tool develop completely to use in pubic, it will cause many medical problem to sue in future.

Actually. Using a specific antibody to detect a disease is not new technology. It has been widely used for a long time. However, It's not easy to build one small machine that has ability to detect many diseases and is convenient to use. The accuracy and the reliability of this machine are the important things that the developer must prove.
