The other easy methods of food safety tips

The food which we often intake are eggs, lettuce, peanuts, spinach. However, there is recent outbreak of a scary foodborne illness. The huge egg recall was the latest reminder that we do battle against dangerous pathogens like E in this summer. But the problem is it's still cost-conscious. After the eggs recall, meat, poultry or organic food cost are getting highwe and higher. Every year, 76 million cases of foodborne illness occur,about 300,000 people need treament in hospital and 5,000 people are dead. In this year, because of illnesses from tainted food, the government spent an estimated $152 billion annually on medical and lost productivity costs. Food companies will need require the new legislation to adopt stricter standards and undergo more. The bill would also give the government the authority to order recalls of tainted food.
Buying a satety food such as organic food was best way for the sake of health. But if we know some basic methods for our health, it could be less cost-counscious as well.
The first easist way is pasteurized eggs. But it's expensive than organic eggs and regulare one. So when we cook hard boiled egg or omulet, we can use organic or regular eggs. When we want to have soft boiled egg or using eeg for some salads, we could spend more money for pasteurized egg.
The second way is just washing acrefully. In general, we buy organic food or from small farm because we think those foods are more clean or safety. But the most important thing is washing. because even the organic foods have bacteria.
the third, we should cook thoroughly. Don't believe your eyes.
In addition, there is debate that which cutting board coulb be safty such as wood or steel.
But the importantthing is keeping clean.
The best way for the health and budget is try to not leave leftover and make a food schedule.
there are variety of methods for health, We are always think that expensive food would be food for the health. But unwashed expensive food could be harmful to health. In order to maintain the health, wash well, cooking carefully, and try to avoid leaving food will be wise methods and it's not so difficult things that you can keep for our health.

  1. This is look like "organic" advertisement for me.
    I think, again, this word organic is the new way to increase the price.
    In Thailand, there are tons of "organic" vegetables, but I can't see the different between them and the normal one.
    Finally (I like this word, I use it when mu work is nearly done), eating something that not very clean can help you getting more immunity.

  2. I was going to say what Math has already said: I think that organic foods are just a clever marketing ploy to make the credulous pay more something worse. And they are bad for the environment because they need more land and use up greater quantities of natural resources than do non-organic products.

    Actually, I think GM (genetically modified) products are the way to go, both for people and for the environment.

  3. In my opion,eating food that hot ,fresh and clean is enough to protect you from common gastro-intestine disease. in word "organic", I think it may less killing-insect drug than normal food.
