Russian forces kill 14 members in two groups of rebel, Islamist insurgents in the North Caucasus, in Dagestan after security officers are kill by rebel in Dagestan in this month.
This operation strike back the rebels, who kill government officer and attack on the Russian authorities in Dagestan and other regions of the mainly Muslim North Caucasus. For the rebels, they attack government officer and attack on Russian authorities because they want to resist and separate from Russian authority.
Russia has many ploblems in terrorist because it is the large area. Each area in Russia is different such race, religion, culture. In my opinion I think that is origin of terrorism ploblem in Russia. Russia can't stop this ploblem by military power but negotiation is the exit. Negotiation will be very diffucult if Russia remains the idea which they are terrorist. It is condition for Russia in negotiation because Russia does't deal with terrorist. In the other hand, Russia should understand their request and removes the idea which they are terrorist. Russia can negotiates and compromises with them. This problem may be end and no one die. I think this procedure may be hard but it is better than using the gun.

It is indeed astonishing to what is the attitude we see Russia government. One important reason is Prime Minister of Russia, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin , joined the KGB before. He always perform in violent ways and military power for stopping a terrorist attack.
ReplyDeleteBank’s ideas, negotiate and compromise, is very good. But why Alexander Khloponin said, "There are no other ways around it but to kill.” The reason they can not negotiate may be sensitive and unjust, because the argument relate to religious belief.
