Chelsea FC is the winner of UEFA Champions League. This is the good news for Roman Abramovich. One of the players that bring this success is Didier Drogba. He shot the final score to win FC Bayern Munich in the final match of UEFA Champions League last week. But it is a bad news that he decides to leave in this summer.
According to the news article “Didier Drogba will leave Chelsea this summer” from BBC website, He said "It has been a very difficult decision for me to make and I am very proud of what we have achieved, but the time is right for a new challenge for me." It means that he will have a decision to leave from Chelsea. It is the bad news especially for the fan club because since he come to Chelsea, FC he is the one of the superstar in the team.
I think he is one of the most important players in the team. If he leave Chelsea it will be hard to find the new player to play like him. He is the legend player of Chelsea FC.

ReplyDeleteNonetheless, I think that one benefit of being a famous footballer like Drogba is the high salary which I am sure he receives. Another advantage of the elite football life is that you have many career choices because everyone wants you to play for them. On the other hand, a possible disadvantage of football fame is the constant media attention and lack of privacy.

ReplyDeleteI think one advantage of having Drogba as a member in Chelsea is that he has always helped the team to win for many matches, he is obviously a hero! He has played very good so far. He also gets along well with other player. Indeed, I couldn't think of any disadvantage of having him in team. We all love him and don't want him to go.
I don't know much about football but almost my boy friends are talked about this a lot. As I know, he is a good player in Chelsea. One advantage of having Drogba in this team that I heard from my friends is, he is very good player and he took Chelsea to win many games.A disadvantage of leaving Chelsea is he might lose his huge amount payment from this team.
ReplyDeleteI think one reason that Drogba decide to move out is the he is highest point in Chelsea because he can win every cups in the local league and the last ambition is UEFA Champian League. He would like to find the new goal and the new experience. Maybe, he would like to join to Jose Mourinho, the guy that he respects and bring him to Chelsea. Finally, he can go to the road of victory in European Football League. This is one of the legend that he have done. He is a fantastic player that wins every football winner cups in only one Football Club.
ReplyDeleteI'm a big fan for Chelsea. I saw Chelsea beats Bayern Munich last 4 days,and this really makes me happy. I've cheered Chelsea for 5 years, I look forward Chelsea to get this trophy. Finally, Drogba makes it. There are many advantages for having Drogba in this team. He shoot for Chelsea more than 150 goals within 8 years; many of them make Chelsea win many trophy. I really appreciate it. He is the big key for many success things in team. I've never seen disadvantage for leaving Chelsea for him. Because he is in the top form in his life; getting every trophy. I think it's time for him to search for other experience apart from Primier League in England.
ReplyDeleteAfter reading this blog, it comes to me that there are both the advantage and disadvantage of Drogba's departure.
ReplyDeleteThe surely clear advantage of Drogba's leaving that Chelsea will give is a chance. Chelsea itself will be able to reconstruct the team structure. It is too risky to be based on only one player. Moreover, Fernando Torres will have an opportunity to prove himself more.
However, I cannot turn a blind eye to such a departure of Drogba and say it has only bright side. The drawback of his departure is that Chelsea has to suffer from the new structure. Not only does Football team rely on players' ability, but also it needs to depend on teamwork taking time to build it up again.
