MH370 live in Maldives

Last year, March 2014, we heard about missing Malaysia airlines MH370, which was from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, before the communication lost they found that MH370 was changing their head out of the route then radar was disappeared. Australia was the first country that were looking to because of the head of MH370 that had turned and seems to heading to Australia,

According to "Malaysia sends experts to examine Maldives 'debris'" (2015), Maldives' newspapers show the small objects which found on Reunion Island and assume that are parts of MH370, Malaysia airlines, which was lost in March 2014, Without the evidence, it is believed that was crashed into the Southern Indian Ocean. Liow, transport minister, said "It was too soon to say if they were connected to flight MH370," so he send experts to examine the debris in Maldives to verify it.

Before we have an airplane we traveled by ship and many of them were crashed while they were travelling since the weather were bad. Nowadays, travelling by ships are more safer than in the past, but is not efficient because ships cannot sailing fast, so travel to another countries it takes for a long time at least a month. By the way, we are also use the ships to transport the items which cannot belongs to the plane.

Travelling by plane is the best way to travel overseas because of the efficiency and security. We were not heard lots of injured people from the plane crashed. From the article, we can easily to assume that the debris, found on Reunion Island, are parts of MH370. The other evidence, to assume this, is the radar from MH370 was disappeared near Indonesia.

  3. Actually, to travel by plane should be the safest way of transportation as you said. Many times, when people heard about news that plane missed or fell, they are likely to often think that plane is not safe and why they frequently heard about this kind of news in this period. In fact, plane accidents rarely happen like what they thought. The accidents may occur only one time in a year or many years. The interesting thing is that what makes them believe like that. This is because many news agencies are trying to follow and report continuously about accidents. Hence, people see and hear about that news every day after accidents have occurred, and they may feel negatively about travelling by plane.

    1. Hi Feem,

I agree with you that plane accidents does not often happen. There are a lots of accidents in our life, I always think in a positive way that death is the only way for our life, and if something must happen, it would happen, So, I do not need to worry about that. Just enjoy the moment in my life.

    2. Hi Joyce,

I like your thinking, "to enjoy the moment in my life". I usually try to do as much as I can before I can not do it, for instance travel as much as I can before I am old and can not travel a lot.

    3. Your comments hear remind me of terrorism - it's in the news headlines and is a great excuse for governments to make up more laws to interfere with people's lives, but actually terrorism kills very, very few people. The roads of Bangkok are far more deadly and kill more people than terrorism in Thailand, for example. According to the US government's Dept. of Homeland Security, in 2012, there were a total of 212 terrorist attacks in Thailand, 174 people were killed, and 897 were injured. These numbers are enough to put Thailand in the top ten countries for terrorism, but compared to the hundreds who die in a few days during Songkran or New Year on the roads, they are very low.

Perhaps less money and less worry should be spent on terrorism and a lot more on the drug users (mainly alcohol) who kill on the roads?

When I'm travelling in Bangkok, I prefer to walk or take the BTS or MRT. Otherwise, I get a taxi - I never get on a motorcycle in Bangkok.

    4. We don't have to do research, but I thought it would be a good idea to get some actual figures to support my idea that terrorism is less deadly than being on the roads. In fact, when I started writing that, I realised I wasn't sure it was true. A quick Google showed that it is true - terrorism is a very small killer compared to things like using the road.

    5. I should have said that the statistics I found were on page 4 of my cited source.

    6. Although, terrorist attacks in Thailand are fewer than the accident in the roads of Bangkok, people are also having more scared about terrorist attacks. Every time of terrorist attacked people were scared to go out of their house for their security, but for the accident they also enjoy their routine.

Today, before I reply this comment there was bomb in Bangkok on Rachaprsong Road, which is not far from Chamchuri. It's make me scared for leaving home to go to class tomorrow.

  4. Nowadays, a number of the accident in the air increase significantly even it looks like the safest way for travelling. I'm not sure not the traffic congestion and a high competitive between each airline cause lacking of quality or not.
