  1. One building that I like is Mahanakon Tower, which is a short walk from my home. It was interesting watching this building rise up over the last few years, and I think the design of "missing bits" works well. I know some people don't like it, and when they visited, my sister and her family made some rude comments about it being unfinished. But to me the absent bits circling the tower relief the boring straight sides and make it look like something that is constantly evolving, adding a feeling of dynamism. I'm not sure if this was the architects intention, but that is how it works for me. I'm looking forward to its opening so that I can go up to check out the views. In the meantime, I often pop in for a meal with friends at Dean & Deluca in the Cube in front of it.

Another building I like is my country's opera house in Sydney, which has become an Australian icon since if opened in the 1970s (I don't remember exactly when). Again, this very expensive building was controversial in Australia, but I think the design, based on sea shells, fits beautifully its location on Sydney Harbour as it shines out in smooth, friendly curves.

And I didn't have time to address any of the other questions.

  2. I don't know where it is but this picture reminds me of 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China. No matter what it is, it is well-designed.
My famous three building from all around the world is Camp Nou (FC Barcelona's stadium),the Eiffel tower and Mahanakorn building in Thailand.
I like Mahanakorn building because it was designed to be the tallest building in Thailand.

  4. I am not sure but it looks like bird nest. Is it a stadium in South Korea. What make it so special could be the time when photo had been taken. The night lights were colorful the surrounding was kind of serene.

I don't know much about famouse buildings.
    - One of the building well-known in Thailand is Tuk Chang because it looks like an elephant. Somebody might think it is creative but I think it is an eye-sore.
    - Another construction could worth mentioning here is the new Thailand Paliament building called Sappaya Sapasathan. It adopted the imaginative heaven in Thai belief. Its design is in the middle between modern and classic.
    - The third construction is Louvre Museum in France. I don't know much about it apart from what in Dan Brown's novel but I think the design awesome

  5. The building in the picture is Olympic stadium in Beijing. I love the design that inspired by the bird's nest.

3 building I most liked is George Pompidou in Paris, Gaudi's Architect in Spain and Frank Gehry's design because I think all of these buildings are unconventional and unique.

I think the best building in Thailand for now is
"Mahanakorn" the design is from Cube which is very innovative and Avant-Garde for our city.

  6. As I can remember, this stadium is located in China for Olympic in 2008 which calls birdnest stadium. At that time, I was a high school students with a big dream to study architecture at undergraduate degree. Yes, I like it because it has outstanding design and iconic. As a high school students, It was really amazing.

I just think of another olympic stadium for london game in 2012. This is a aquatic center designed by well-known architect, Zaha Hadid. I really love this design. It seems like very dynamic and futuristic. I also love some design of Starbuck Branch. the one I love is Lung Suan Starbuck, close to BTS Chid lom. I love the combination between Thai traditional house and Starbuck DNA. The last interesting building is Kolumba Museum at Koln, Germany design by Peter Zumthor. Again, I love the combination of contemporary and historical. I visited this museum in 2015.

I think architecture in Thailand tend to become more and more international design. I think I am interested in Mahanakorn Building stucture. I fell like the building looks very static, but we look for a long time we may notice that it is moving. Some people told that this design look very bad. Some people love it. However, design is a subjective topic to discuss. It really depends on what way they look at them.

I do not like the way it looks because the stadium should be closed wall to keep everyone focused on the game.

Wat Rong Khun in Chiangrai province is the on I like because an ordinary temple has a brown and goldish color on a building but this temple has a white building instead.

Pyramid from Egypt, Incan pyramid in Mexico and Angkor city in Cambodia. Because these structures was build in an ancient time that technology is not advance.
