As I am studying as a Law student at Chulalongkorn unitversity, I normally learn about Law subject such as Publish Law, Property Law and even history of Law. I am appreciated to attend all class above because I feel that Law subjects can be realized relied on what your reasons you claim. Additionally, it is not only Law subjects which you need, but other subjects, like Economics and Business, is important to know also. Due to the qualification of a future lawyer, we cannot even have only our knowledge sector and many companies require a worker who be professional in good performance. Thus, I am interest in Economics also.

I've never studied law, but since it's an important part of our social lives, I am interested in it. Although I'm Australian, I'm also a great admirer of the excellent US Constitution, so I often read the opinions of the Supreme Court of the United States. They are largely independent of meddling by politicians, generally come to good decision, and even when I might strongly disagree with their decisions, they are well-argued based on the US Constitution, the supreme law that has long guided the US in a healthy democracy. I like my own country's constitution as well, which has served Australia since 1901, but the US has the benefit's of being shorter and of giving stronger protections to such foundations of democracy as free speech.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely agree with you Noon. Knoeledge of law only doesn't enough for our career future. English is very important that why the reason I have to study at AUA with lovely teacher Peter. At the last,Sophomore year is coming I hope that we will pass the exam with good grade together.

DeleteI have never friends to study law, Will you become a lawyer after graduation? the image of lawyer in my mind comes from TV play or film,they are so cool and serious in speech and manner.I think that law is very important today, but it is more important to how we carry it out so that people think law is fair to everyone.Because I am working and living Thailand now ,I eager to know some Thai laws and rules about very close our daily life.For example,What is the law about traffic accident especial about car or motorcycle crash person. My friend has been impacted by motorcycle in Thailand,but the driver do not pay any money for medicine to him.

In case of your friend, I believe that we have enough codification; it likes Law code in USA, such as Criminal law and Civil law, to deal with the problem like this absolutely. Additionally, I make sure you to trust the process in our court also. However, we accept that some cases have an insufficient evidence to condemn the offender resulted to unwork justice possible. Anyway I hope you guys a lucky news soon and happy vibes in Thailand.:)
