According to the article, "monkeys learn more from females", monkeys are able to learn more from female than male. Scientists said that "females are core group members with higher social status than males...".
I wondered that this result can be applyed to human being. When I think about educaiton of children, kids mostly learn more from their mothers than fathers, at least in my culture, because kids spend much more time with their mothers than fathers. I think that human being need to learn from both sides, males and females, because our society is much more complex.

I agree with you that we should learn our behavior, thought and culture from both two sexes, but how about learning in school or university? I mean learning academic subject. If children learn from female better that male, should teachers in schools be female?
