A BOY IN SKIRT

Nearly every school has rules about uniform which is always a controversy between teachers and students, but this case is a little different. "Cambridgeshire schoolboy wears skirt in protest" on the BBC News

Chris Whitehead, 12, was angered by the rules at Impington Village College, near Cambridge, that do not allow boys to wear shorts in hot weather." However, it doesn't mention a boy cannot wear a skirt like a girl in the rules, so he's decided to protest by taking an advantage of the loophole. Some students and teacher support his idea and action. "Following his demonstration, the school has pledged to review the policy later in the year. "

I support Chris too. Normally, boy is easier be hot than girl. especially, when they take sports, It's incovenient with pants. There are always with advantage and disadvantage to wear uniform, for example, students should pay more attention on study and care less on wearing, but it will make student loss part of personality and having less sense on design. What's your opinion? What should be perfect uniform rules in every specific school in your opinion?
