J's academic interests

     My academic interest is finance. I think finance is very important for me because I don't want to be an employee all of my life. I would like to find someway to invest in something such as stocks,real estate or create my own business. The main purpose of invest is for financial freedom

    This is interesting. I agree that finance is very important in every business. Good management and knowledge of the financial issues is required in this age. Are you going to study in finance?

    This is good for you. When you get a chance. I recommend you to see the web of the stock exchange of Thailand ; www.set.or.th. You will educate about the product knowledge that you want to know such as Equity Instrument, Debt Instrument, and Derivatives Instrument. For real estate, You can see the web of Agency for Real Estate Affairs Company ; www.area.co.th. This is a first class of the property valuation company in Thailand. You will get a lot of knowledge of property valuation such as Housing, Building, and Land. I hope you will enjoy with two websites that I recommend.
