Getting to break glass ceiling

What I read
In "The drama school out to break glass ceilings", nearly 60 per cent of UK films made didn't feature a single black actor in a lead or named role. Owning to the situation, Femi Oguns, the founder and principal of Identity School, made up his mind to establish the drama school and determined to change the condition which producers and decision-makers don't choose black people as actors but now some black man made their mark.
There are two successful examples, Michael Caton-Jones, called Wright a real talent when Femi directed her in 2015's Urban Hymn and another one is Malachi Kirby, who was highly praised by critics for his portrayal of Kunta Kinte in the recent adaptation of Roots.
Above all, having equal opportunities as a black actor is important.

My response
It has been a long time that black man always be discriminated although now is a civilized world there are also some unequal treats to them. Just like in the article we could see it is unusual to see black man being actors. Not only being actors, in the past when they want to go to  restaurants, toilet, and anywhere else, they always divided white man and black man in two different groups which shows the unequal status.

Actually, in the world, there are still lots of discrimination we could see in society. For example, in the low developing country, it is still have high status people deprive the right of low status people However, it is lucyk that now every country usually propaganda the idea that everyone was born with equal right and we should share the same right, this is a great idea from France. With this idea, people in society become more homage to others. To sum up, what we have to do now is getting to break glass ceilings and believe it's important to have equal opportunities.
