  1. 1.I think it is a stadium in China that is inspired from the bird nest. It was used in an important sports event which I can not accurately remember. I like it because it integrates natural object into the modern architectural design.

2.The first three pop up in my mind is Eiffel tower, Golden Gate bridge and the eye of London. Those structures are well-designed and very famous and attract tourists around the world.

3.In Thailand, I like the old post office building in Bangrak district. It is very neat and strong looking.

    2. Your mentioned building, the Eye of London, is very interesting. I've seen it in media several times, and it is very beautiful, especially at night. It'd be great if I have a chance to visit there once.

Besides, I'm not sure if I've seen the post office before but I think most buildings in that area are quite unique and outstanding. Probably because of their old-styled design.

    3. After I saw that stadium in China, I think that was really cool. I love how they built the architecture that was inspired by a bird nest. Using model from nature is kind of brilliant; we can see the beauty of nature through it.The concept give me the idea that we are from nature and have to live with it peacefully.

    4. Honestly, I know just only one of what you say above. Eiffel tower is also in my answer. I see many also have this one. I think the reason is that it appears almost everywhere - for example, in the game. And the reason I gave(if my comment didn't disappear), is that it was first considered to be just a junk piece of metal, but when it was finally built, it proves to them that it looks good and is strong enough to stand even if its appearance is not. Today, it becomes world's landmark However, that's what I heard; I didn't look up on the internet yet.

    5. I agree with your choices both in Thailand and those building overseas. I have been to London and Paris and those building are all stunning. I was fascinated by the well-designed structure of the Eiffel tower the most. I was wondering what method they applied to build this gigantic iron tower. I have also been to the post office in Jaroenkrung district recently when I attend Bangkok Design Week 2018. It is not only well-designed and preserved but also used .as a place to held many events

  2. It's the Bird's Nest stadium, in Beijing, which was built and used for the Olympic. For its design, I like it. It looks alike a real bird's nest as if it was constructed from real branches or straws.

From my experience, I think that Eifel tower, NHM of London, Science museum of London are well designed.

    2. I agree with you the design of building is really beautiful,
Especially in the night. However, I think it will use a lot of energy in a day time in Summer because translucent roof might make the temperature inside high and it need to use a lot of energy from air conditioning.

For other beautiful building is Eifel tower. I think it is the most famous building in the world. but I do not know about NHM of London and Science museum of London what it look like and why do you think it is interesting.

  5. 1. I am sorry that I do not know where it is, but the structure make it looks outstanding. It looks like Thai traditional basket. This design is impress me because it distinguish from any buildings. Also, this kind of structure lead the air flow trough out easily. However, the disadvantages of this type of building is it is wasting space because of the slope rooftop.

    2. First, I cannot remember the name of that building, but it is located on Marina Bay in Singapore. It is kind of connecting the three buildings. Their shapes are similar to cards. Secondly, the china bank building in Hong Kong.

    3. Baiyok Building.

  8. I have no idea about first picture.

Three are three buildings which I think they are well-designed. To begin with, Nagoya castle in Japan is one of the most famous building. I think it more than 300 years. It is decorated by statues of monk and dragon. Personally, I think it contain more than 50 floors.
Secondly, I think Big Ben. It is famous and it is sign for UK.

In my country I think pakeaw temple is the mous famous.

  9. I do know what the building in the picture is, but only because I read the information about it. If I had not seen that, I would have had no idea that it was China's Olympic stadium. I think it looks a bit weird, but it was a good choice for China because bird's nests are important in their culinary culture, and we all like food.

Internationally, I like the new Mahanakhon Tower in Bangkok. It's near my home, and I often eat at the Dean & Delucca restaurant in the Cube that sits in front of the tower, which is still not open. When my sister and her family visited me a couple of years ago, they thought it looked broken, but I like the appearance of missing bits. They break up the plain flat surfaces and add interest. I heard that the architect, who I think is German, got the idea from rice plants, which fits well for a building in Thailand.

From my own country, the choice is easy: everyone knows our famous opera house in Sydney. That building was also very controversial as it was being built at great cost. But I think the design, which is based on sea shells, fits its context on the beautiful harbour very well. I'm proud of it, although I visit its restaurants more than its opera performances.

  10. I know this stadium, it is one of stadium in China. I like it's design because it different other stadium.
3 famous building for me is pyramid, Colosseum and great wall of China. I like their building because it a big building in a past of many century and it shows their culture or history of this country.
In Thailand for me I choose wat rong khun. It is one of temple in chiang Rai, It's a lot of beauitful art.

  11. 1) Advantages of this design are iconic and work of art. Therefore, it will be tourist attraction in the future. That lead a lot of income from tourist.
However, disadvantages of it are some conservative people will think it not fit with the city. It is not eco-friendly. It choose be more green space in the city. This city will lose their charming and become as same as typical modern cities.

  12. 2 I think about train flea market. The most interesting thing I like about it is the colorful of the roof of each shops. A lot of photographers took a picture of it market. It makes this place more and more famous. It is a vibrant place. If I can change something about it, I would like to make the street on each soi bigger and cleaner.
