Nana summary BBC News


In "Australia oil coast 'half clear", BBC News reports the popular beaches along the coast of Queensland in north-east Australia must closed beacuse was affected by oil spill from ship damaged by a tropical storm. The estimated 230 tones of oil which leak from ship, the govement must lose million of dollor for clearn up the beaches. Apart the oil damaged, it could cause harmful animals which live in the sea and around there. It will become problem enviroment in the future. I presents this news for tell the problem of enviroment is increase in the world. Everyone know the problems, but I 've hear news about that such as this news. What do you think about status of the problem environment in present. Do you change yourself for help enviromenal. For me I try to use recycle plastic bag. and you?

  2. Yes,I heard that news yesterday.Now,they clean almost of beach and plan to open next week.
    Nowaday,have many problems occur on the world. If we don't take care our world it might happen severe problem. Around the world,they are paying attention to global warming.It shows many people think that is important.Yesterday, I saw an advertisement it said that Thai people campaigned to close light on 28 march 2009 at 19.00 PM for one hour.I think it is a one way to protect our world.

  4. It is a very bad news for me. This brings a long term problem for environment especially for marine animals. Although the beach is cleaned, the problem will not be end. Some chemical substance still appear in the sea.
    An easy way to save environment is using recycle things such as paper, bottles and plastic bags

I heard this news yesterday ,too.This news looks like Thailand news at Bangsan beach last year.The sea water changed to black colour and dangered for local people and many tourists.This event affected to environment around the beach and animals who live in the sea.After that,Effect will become to human in the near future.The goverment must cleans the beach and finds the Ammonium Nitrate Containter immediately.The navigator have to check the weather before every journey.Finally,We have to save the earth for all life.

  6. I am sorry to hear that. In Japan, We experienced the accident caused by Russian tanker rollover ten years ago. As well as the environment damage, animals also had sacrificed.
    Now, due to seasonal wind, a lot of waste products and trash have drifted from Korea. But in different season, Japanese garbage also washes up on the west coast of America. If it is an island country, this is the problem that could happen. We, personally, should be responsible to save the earth before it is too late.

  7. Well, I think this is a serious problem for our global warning because the oil spill from ship to the sea. It can effect to human and animal which live in the island and around the world, if the government not protect the Queensland immediately.
