Win's Response to Law

In "Carving the Roast Beast", Stephen Law's main idea is that It has many turkeys are killed for Christmas dinner so we should eat nut cutlets instead. I think I'm not agree with him. Because each countries have different culture, even though in family, and you know in USA or UK turkey is the staple food in Christmas dinner but vegetarians don't like this. I think everyone have the freedom to choose to be or please not force, does it correct? Then, Gemma or the other one think that it's morally wrong, I also think it has many ways to Christmas celebration just like Valentine's day isn't necessary be a chocolate all the time.
