  1. Nice topic Nana,
I need about six hours sleep. If I get that much, I'm OK. The trouble is, no matter for how many years I've done it, I can't get used to going to bed early. My natural sleep cycle is definitely to go to bed around 2 - 3:00 AM and get up around 10:00 AM.
I with the AEP classes were held in the afternoon, rather than in the morning.

  2. Every day I need about six hours sleep. I go to bed about midnight because I do my homework and reading the book. During Monday to Friday definitely get up around 6:00 am. because I must to study at AUA. If Saturday and Sunday get up around 10.00 am. Because I want to rest. I think, I agree with Doctor Neil Stanley said “Your body really wants a good night's sleep every night" The hormone controls sleeping calles Melatonin. the sleep enough is important because the body is repairing body, dealing emontion and learning new things.

  6. On weekday, I sleep only 5 hours a day because I have a lot of homeworks and get up early to study at AUA. I feel sleepy every afternoon so I think it's not enough for me. I agree with Peter that AUA class is held too early. It should be started late morning. 10 AM is excellent.
