US boy wins smelly trainer glory

By BBC News reports, a seven year old US boy has success of his first whiff smelt for owning America’s most bad smelt trainer. Joshua Boothe passes off competition in the 34th annual Nation Odor Eaters Rotten Sneaker Contest in Vermont from other six stinky shoe owners. The competition brought seven regional champions of plimsoll pong between ages seven and fifteen to stink it out. They show their filthiest footwear in front of a panel of judges that included a Nasa chemical specialist and a Brown University professor of smell. It was sponsored by Odor Eaters a manufacture of deodorant products for shoes and feet.

  1. I disagree with competition of stinky shoe because I think stinky shoe has a lot of germ and it makes effect to body such as breath disease. For my country, I think have not to competition of stinky shoe because Thai culture thinking about footwear it is a low thing and inappropriate to competition.

  2. I disagree with this contest. I don't understand what is the point of the compettition. If they want to test who has a great smelling ability,
    flower is a better way to use instead of sticky shoes.

  3. I feel disgust when I hear this new and confused that why this competition was held. There are many way to test smell such as identify food or perfume.I think in Thailand may be not occur.If they used other things for test it may occur.

  4. In my opinion, I think it 's funny story and the case have special objection such as promote about faculty or anythink but I 've never heard the story before. Even the compettion arrange in the 34th. I agree the compettion in my country but should change from shoes to clothes.

  5. I thought the competition was really ridiculous at first. But it should be noted that the sponsored company is Odor-Eaters which sells foot-care products. I think it is interesting because it is an advertising campaign.

    I have never heard the competition like this in Japan.
