Do we drive the best cars in the world?

Recently, we saw lots news about recalling cars from a major manufacturer name "Toyota". It covers many millions cars from around the world such Japan, US, Canada and Europe. And this time, it's Honda turn. You can see on "Honda recalls 384,000 US vehicles" in BBC websites.

Honda is recalling more than 384,000 vehicles in US to solve the problem about ignition key. It will notify to the customers in September.

In my idea, I think it's great to take responsibility on their products. They can make mistakes like everyone can. And I usually have doubt with my question "Why there are no recall in Thailand?", "Are the Thai cars the most perfect? " . You can see the pictures of a car in the news that look like the one driving in our roads. When I read news like this in Thai newspapers, the car manufacturer in Thailand always said "In Thailand, there are no problem on their products". I always do not believe them. If it's true, the sold-car in Thailand will be the best car in the world.

  1. I don't think thai cars is perfect. I once read news about a women had a car accident and her seat belt is torn apart. The car is "H" car. She was injured but not serious. The bad is my mother has the same car as hers.

  2. Wut,
Thai cars and US cars have difference manufacturing factory, maybe the car we use are the best of the world.
But I agree with you, Thai manufactured cars and US are the same. But Thai people don't fight for their rights and our laws are sided with the manufacturer.

  3. I don't think Thai's car is a perfect one either because about 2 years ago, we could hear one news that the owner hit his car for ironic the car company because this car had some problems.

  4. I agree with Math idea that our laws doesn't be with the consumer side, whereas Thai laws is helping the manufacturer and I also think corruption is the one of another reasons that "why they are no recall in Thailand?".

  5. Yeah, Thanks for your comments.

Math and May, I very like your opinion. I think we're not fight because we don't have any law to support us. Like the Net's comment, the only thing we can do to with our rights is just to hit our car and show it in many medias.
