secret of sleeping with noise

I don't have any problem with sleep with a noise ,but It is very problem with my father that only door closing sound can wake him up and I found some kind of problem to many people around me such as one of my roommate that have a few people to accept he to be roommate because he have a very loud snorring every night. From that problem, when I saw "Clue to getting a good night's sleep discovered" on the BBC News, it interest me.

This story about US researchers studied 12 volunteers at a sleep clinic over the course of three nights. The first night was quiet but during the second and third nights, volunteers were confronted with noise. All time that they sleep, researchers monitor them with electroencephalograph (EEG); machine that record electrical signal of brain; and found sleep spindles patterns that block sensation signal to brain so it prevent sleep to disturbed by noise.

from that study,I think it can explain a reason of difference of resist to noise in every people because it up to sleep spindles patterns that you have when sleep and This research will be can develop to a way to help people that living in noisy environment.I think it is a good news to many people such as people who live near airport and they don't have money to change their home to use this research-base technology to improve their living quality. In my opinion it will be a long time that this reserch will develop to the level that can use in the pubic but people that will be excited by this news is heath business that can use this news to promotion their new product that they will create in soon time to sell to customer that don't have information enough. Finally I hope everybody will have good sleep tonight.
