House or room along the beach

A summarization an article is the worst skill in english skills to me because I've been being a short term memories person so while I read the articles, I could understand it; however, when I finished it, I couldn't give an summarization to others. Nowadays, I must summarize articles, so my summarization will be better than ever. In addition, If I must to choose a place where I love to live most, I would like to live on the beautiful beach. Therefore, my topic today is "Are beach huts the new penthouses?" from BBC news.

According to the news, in Scarborough, the beach chalets are the most property which be wanted. The cost is almost the same price with one bedroom condominium in the town; however, more than one hundred hut have been build and most of them been sold or rent. On the other hand, in Mablethorpe, the beach hut moment festival will be started in September. Several frontage buildings been redecorating to win the prize.

In my opinion, the cost of the room in Scarborough is not proper for the utilities in the room. There are a few usefulness things such as, a table, a plug and a kettle; besides, people not allow to sleep in the room and must leave out before 10.30 in evening, so I don't think this is a good idea to have it. Unlikely, in Mablethorpe, the article didn't tell us about trading it explain about the festival. This is a good method to make the populations, who live there, be an unite, having activities together by win competition. They will be meeting a lot of neighbors who they didn't communicate with for a long time. Therefore, I totally agree with this festival and I hope the festival, which make people communicate to each other like this, will occurs in thailand soon.

  1. Although Net's summary wasn't bad, I did read his source for this one because it seemed so silly to me that anyone would pay so much for so little.
When I read the full report, I realised it's even worse! The people can't even live in their "chalets", but have to be out by 10:30 every evening.

I think it's OK for people to spend their own money on whatever makes them happy, and obviously one of those little rooms with nothing much make some people happy. I don't like beaches anyway, so wouldn't pay more than about 35 Baht for one.

Thanks Net. Your post was a bit less serious than a couple of others so far. (There is nothing wrong with being serious, but it's OK to be not so serious, too.)

  6. Thanks Net, I prefer a private one;) And I think it is not that bad for the idea and the concept but the design and interior is not fit for the price. However, if I could buy mini cooper, I would buy that one.
