Money or Happiness

Nowadays, almost everybody think that big money would lead them to the happiness. In reality, there are both rich and poor people. Almost all of them can get happiness, but very poor people that can't afford their place to live or enough food for their family. What should this problem be fixed?

According to "The secret link between money and happiness", You've heard the saying, "money can't buy happiness, but if you actually get more money, perhaps you would be happier. Secrecy about salaries is not quite fair because It is worse for women to ask for raises than men are, also men might secretly end up earning more money than women for the same position and job that leads to the problem that money can't buy happiness, so why people care a lot about money.

After I read this article, I realized that every people can say "Money can't buy happiness", but for me, everyone, including me, needs more money as much as possible for many reasons such as getting better  place to live as well as better education for their children, and improving their family lives. Maybe money does buy happiness. According to the research, It is found that emotional well-being is fully realized at an annual income of about $75,000. But not more because it won't make you more excited by your work, so it is wasting money. Should give to the poor that really need more money to live sufficiently.

In short, I think if you have enough money to spend for your life or more than the needs a bit, you can be happy for sure. Much and much money doesn't mean making everything better. For example, you won't be more excited by your work, or feel closer to your friends and family. everything relies on what you do, not money do. However, money is so important to me. It can lead me to many emotion including delighted, sad, frustrated, excited, lonely, fascinated, and etc.

  1. The idea Leo reports, that more money up to a certain point does contribute positively to happiness sounds reasonable. In fact, it's something I have believed for many years, long before I saw the research results in Leo's chosen article.

But should I have believed that this was true? It turns out that my perfectly reasonable sounding belief is true. But is sounding reasonable a good enough reason to belief such a thing?

  2. Money can't buy you happiness, but it can buy you something that can make you happier. But you know what, it definitely depends on people. Somebody has "more money than he can spend a bit," but he's still not happy, and a lot of people, mostly riches, are like this. My version of happiness just doesn't depends on money. There're a lot of things to be happy with in this world, not only money.

I also think the research you mentioned is quite interesting. Could you give us a link?

  3. In my opinion, the saying 'Money can buy happiness' is not always true in our lifes because the real happiness is that you are satisfied with what you are or what you are having, not having everything that you want. Moreover, if you have so much money, you surely think that the more you have , the happier you are ,so you couldn't find the end point of your want which make your live very unhappy.

    1. Sounds good. I haven't thought that before. It won't be any end points because If I am happy because of my big money, what about my future. Do I have to find more and more to make me happier everlastingly. So you remind me of getting rid of being unhappy. See you
