Nan's Academic Interests

My academic interests is about art, which is not only paintings or illustrating, but also designing thing like product, house, and so on. In my freetime, I always go to exhibitions, design workshops, or libraries to find new inspiration. One place where I mostly go is TCDC, a design library, locatead at 5th in the Emporium department store, Bangkok, Thailand. There are many kinds of books that I can learn. I also love the environment of this library, it was designed to make us, designers have more creative.

  1. After I read Nan's interest, I know who can design me a house. She always spends her free-time to get her inspiration. That makes me think she could be a very good designer.
I've never been to TCDC before, but I think it looks very interesting place.

    1. Actually, I am not an architecture, I can not design a house. ;)
If it is about product, graphic, especially packaging design, do not hesitate to let me know.

  2. I often went to TCDC, when I was an undergraduate student. TCDC is the place where I can find various sorts of design ideas and have a design meeting with my friends too. Have you ever visited BIG and BIH fair? There are many kinds of design product that you might be interested.

    1. I studied industrial design, there are one required subject that is product design and five majors for student to elect; textile, metal, furniture, ceramic, and packaging( this is my major). Now, I prefer to be a packaging designer but maybe a product design someday.
