My academic interest is the organisation behavior which I have experienced from my previous workplace at PricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS Company. There are several kind of people in the organisation which also lead to different behavior. I found that most of young people work in an active, enthusiastic way as well as adaptive to the new workplace structure change. However, older people tends to work in the same old traditional way which they believe that they are already settle down. This causes the organisation to move further as nowadays the world has changed and the organisation must develop or restructure in order to produce efficient and effective results.

It is very interesting. But for my opinion, to change the organization, not concern only about the outcome of work or the age but also the harmony of the organization. Some company is suitable for the old way organization. Some company is more suitable for working as a team. So, to change or not to change is very big question because everything that we do will have some meaning and thinking hard before doing it.
ReplyDeleteThat is right, changes is very difficult in the marketplace. We need to consider many factors to start the change. Also, we must evaluate the potential of our staffs whether they can move toward with the company.
